The Pollock Enterprises Company stands behind all of its products with a 30-day, no questions asked, guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and be in good resalable condition. Items cannot be altered in any way. If an item needs to be returned, please call us at 1-866-563-2473 for an RMA number. If you prefer, you can email us at contact@americanonlineflags.com for the RMA number. The RMA number must be included with the returned item or the return will be considered unauthorized. You will need to provide us with your name, order number and name of item being returned. We will issue a credit upon receipt of the item. If an item is used, damaged or not in the original packaging, we retain the right to issue a partial refund or store credit. We also retain the right to refuse acceptance of unauthorized returns. If an item was received as a gift, the 30-day policy will begin from the date the gift was received.

REPORTING DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
If you have received an item that was damaged, please call us at 1-866-563-2473 or e-mail at contact@americanonlineflags.com . We will need to know what type of damage was incurred. We will also need to know the condition of the shipping box. This will help us determine if the item was damaged during shipping. We will instruct you as to what needs to be done with the damaged item. Before reporting missing items, please be sure to remove all of the packing material and open all boxes completely to check for items, especially small ones that might be overlooked. Damaged and missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 business days from receipt of order.
